Well Done!

This is a very good song, the intro reminds me a bit of A Clockwork Orange. The song, at times, almost has an oriental feel to it. Each sound complements the other. Very well made.

Pandora-Tranquil responds:

thanks for the review mike!

i don know what clockwork orange is tho.

oriental? lol ok

thanks for the comments!

Your best song yet!

In my opinion, this is the best song you have made so far, and I have liked all of your stuff I have heard. The drums add a whole new dimension to the song. The guitar is very well played. Very good job, keep on making new audio.

P.S. Sorry it has taken me so long to review, I forgot for a little while, and then got busy with stuff outside the house.

Again, great song.

Mike

Tancrisism responds:

Thanks a lot man! The drums were added by Erkie, and all drum credit belongs to him.

Thanks.

Very good remake.

This sounds pretty much identical to the original. You play the guitar very good. I look forward to your future submissions. Nice to hear some classic rock on the Audio Portal. If you need someone for Vocals or Bass, I would be glad to help out.

Mike

Tancrisism responds:

That would be excellent, man. Vocals are not my strong point, and I lack a bass guitar, so I will almost undoubtadly get back to you about that.

Good Song.

I don't understand why people are voting it down, well made, nice techno/trance feel to it, hope my review helps!

Mike

Pandora-Tranquil responds:

thanks dude, if u didnt know already there are fags that go around and vote zero on everything they see..... kinda sad actually. thanks for ur review... too bad i couldnt get more feedback

Better Than The Original!

In my opinion at least. It has elements of metal to it, the voices seem unbalanced from the music at times, however, this isn't necessarily a bad thing. Quite a strange mix if I do say so my self. Good job.

Mike

SpamWarrior responds:

The voices arent meant to be quite together, but i cant get the guitar quite right :S I'm getting a mate to put some chords down so i can remake this a little better. Thank you for the review, and its ok, you can say its awful :) I wont spite you for it:)

An Excellent Job!!!

It sounds like you have put a great deal of effort into this track. Very well made, everything is very melodic, yet chaotic simultaneously. So many beats to it going at once, all working together in harmony. You did a very good job on this, very enjoying to listen to.

Keep up the good work.

Mike

SpamWarrior responds:

Thank you very much. I like to think it sounds a little different each time, reflecting the personal perception of the track based on a spiritual moment within. Or maybe meditation and green things make me go crazy :) Either's good. Thanks a lot for the review! I call this sound Acid-Jazz-Trance, I dont know if there is a real name apart from experimental really.

Nice cover.

If I may recommend, next time try adding you singing the lyrics to it, some Bass in the background would help out a lot, seeing as Pink Floyd has a lot of deep end sounds, if you have fruity loops, you could use the program to recreate the Bass Riff, or, perhaps ask someone else on Newgrounds to help you out.

Anyhow, you played the guitar quite well, and made a very good cover.

Mike

Tancrisism responds:

Thanks, man. This song doesn't have any lyrics, though. It's just a quiet, guitar riff piece.

But thanks man.

And I don't have fruity loops, but I plan to get it.

But thanks, man.

Decent, with a few major flaws.

The original beat is, for lack of a better description, very bad ass. However, the majority of this song feels rather thin, it is in desperate need of having other "instruments" accompanying the starting beat.
My recommendation, lower the volume of the FL Kick, and add a few other sounds to complement the starting beat, say Bass, Key Board, synth, whatever you like.

You have potential in my opinion, which is why I am being rather critical on this. Keep on practicing.

Mike

SpinTolk responds:

Thanks for the constructive review. Next time when making a song, I'll sure pay attention to this review. When I made this song, I also wasn't as good in FL back then as I am now.

My recent song is ayb, and that already had some more diversity... Thought it still isn't perfect.

A good job indeed!

Very well made song, I can definitely see why this reminds you of factory workers, it has a very organized, almost robotic feel to it.

Keep on working on new submissions!

Mike

Rock On!

I loved this song, it kicked some major ass!
It reminds me a great deal of Primus, which happens to be one of my favorite bands.
I myself also being a Bass player, really enjoyed the awesome Bass lines!

Mike

Andersson responds:

Thank you very much! :D

Happy New Year!
